Payment can be made by Cheque, Postal Order, Credit Card or by prior arrangement Bank Transfer where deemed
more convenient. For example - Overseas payment where client is not in posession of a credit card.
Please note all payment to be made in pounds stirling. Cheques or Postal Orders to be sent to the address below and made out to 'Cranes & Excavators Ltd'. Acceptable credit cards are those illustrated. All bank fees are to be paid by client. Post & Packaging charges where applicable will be made in addition to the cost of goods purchased except where otherwise stated. These charges will be advised prior to shipment.
We will endevour to dispatch goods within two days of receipt of order except in cases where books may be out of
stock or are out of print without our knowlege.
In the event of any diffculties or complaints please contact Geoff Lewis directly who will be horrified and do his best to grovel. Credit cards accepted are as illustrated. When submitting card details please be sure to include the expiry date and in the case of Switch or Maestro cards the issue number will also be required.
Please Note that credit card transactions will be subject to the appropriate credit card brand service charge where applicable and will be included in the invoice total shown. This is a charge levied by the credit card companies and
not by Cranes & Excavators Ltd.
